INQ28/Inquisimunda – A New Discovery

INQ28/Inquisimunda are both something new to me, Inquisitor however isn’t. I have the rulebook and have found my Eisenhorn/Artemis at 54mm but unfortunately not my Barbaretta with attack dog. As i dont have the money right now to buy some 54mm scaled models to play Inquisitor that way INQ28/Inquisimunda both intrigued me.

I refreshed my memory by reading the Inquisitor rule book then set out researching INQ28/Inquisimunda, i may never play either of them but if i’m making models i tend to go with ones which are usable if the oppurtunity ever does arise. As INQ28/Inquisitor/Inquisimunda require quite a lot of background/story for characters i was a little daunted but i have made up a rough story to explain how most of the “companions” met each other.

I don’t have any names yet but here are some pics and maybe a bit of info about them, first up is the Inquisitor, he has 2 bionic or armoured arms, a rat pelt which he received for saving the ratskins life and is armed with a (power) sword/meltagun.

Next is a Rogue Trader, a long time companion of the Inquisitor armed purely with a sword/las pistol, he has his old rank on his sleeve still.

I haven’t really worked out how these 2 met but so far my story has them down in the Underhive of Hive Primus on Necromunda searching for some relic which was rumoured to be held by a Chaos Cult hidden deep in the Underhive. They hired a Ratskin Scout to help them find the hidden cult and 2 Underhive Scum and a Pitslave as some extra disposable back-up. The Inquisitor saved the Ratskins life and now he feels forever in debt to the Inquisitor however both the Scum and the Pit Slave are only there as they have yet to receive a better offer for their services !
